The first three numbers correspond to the month & date in the Julian Calendar. In this example, 269 refers to September 26. The next two digits refer to the year, 2023. Ignore the last two digits (manufacture #).

So this lot was produced on September 26, 2023. Fanny's dressings have a shelf life of 15 months so this lot would expire on December 26, 2024.
