Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 1/2 lbs total)
1 cup Fanny's Balsamic Italian Dressing
2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
2 tsp freshly chopped thyme
1. Rub tenderloin with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Marinate in Fanny's Balsamic Italian dressing for 15 minutes (you may marinate for longer for more flavor absorption).
2. In the Oven - Heat to 375 F and roast for 20-30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 145 F.
On the Grill - Grill on med/high heat for 6-8 minutes each side or until meat thermometer reads 145 F.
3. Remove tenderloin and let rest for 5 minutes until slicing.
